Where walking's concerned the Downs won't be beaten.

A number of walks are undertaken by parties large & small, young & old. Heading off from the Royal Oak having pre-ordered their lunch, they know they can look forward to a well-kept pint & hearty meal upon their return. Below is a sample map of a leisurely walk (which measures just short of 3 miles) that you might like to partake with friends, family or both!
